Shipping & Delivery

At Elvorax, we work to make every order simple and convenient from checkout to delivery.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 2–4 business days.

  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to holidays, weather, or unexpected carrier delays.

Order Processing

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Our team will prepare your order for shipment within 1–2 business days. When your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information whenever available.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through established carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the delivery address and shipping availability.

The carrier is selected based on the destination and the most suitable available shipping service.

Delivery Information

Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days after shipment.

We provide free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Please keep in mind that the delivery timeframe is an estimate. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery.

Delayed Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow up to 2 additional business days for delivery.

If you still have not received your order after this additional period, contact us at shopelvorax@gmail.com with your order number. Our support team will review the delivery status and help you with the next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing the information, we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at shopelvorax@gmail.com.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order enters processing. Once an order is being processed or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
